About Us - Team TJ
Established in May 2000 by me - Tracie Jackson-Way, Creative Director and graduate of Capel Manor College in Professional Floristry, I was awarded Florist of the Year in 2000 & 2001 for my outstanding designs and commitment to professional floristry.
TJ's signature styling, attention to detail and passion and energy is visibly clear to see in our work. I am known for my bespoke floral designs and displays, with a fresh and innovative approach. I have built a wonderful reputation starting out in London's Mayfair and working within Essex, and the South East's at some of the finest wedding venues.
Working in London's prestigious Mayfair for a private client. Royal aids and influential contacts showed me Luxury has no boundaries.
TJ Designer Weddings creates unforgettable wedding moments with the help of a team of highly trained individuals who care about your day as I do. Each arrangement is thoughtfully crafted to reflect your style, your story, and the beauty of your day. From breathtaking bouquets to ceremony features, reception styling, and full venue transformations, our floral artistry brings your vision to life with elegance and intention.
As part of the TJ Designer Group, we combine creative design, expert craftsmanship, and premium-quality florals, with luxury linens and glassware to deliver stunning, memorable experiences from your first consultation to the final bloom placed.
One of my favourite wedding days are intimate, its about family, friends and love and no wedding is too big and definitely too small.
From only 6, to 15 to a few hundred.

We specialise in creating bespoke weddings We combine our technical and design based skills with management and coordination to deliver remarkable weddings.
Couples come to us who want some security, excitement and the confidence of holding an amazing event that is a smooth, and seamless. From your first consultation to the final installation.
We pull out all the stops from
small intimate weddings to the large scale events.
We don't believe in mundane or boring weddings.
We have an extensive stock line and hire range, All repurposed and kind to the planet.
If we do not have it,
we will absolutely try to find it and never waste it.
Our weddings are unique and full of inspiration and passion. We recreate the boundaries of what is possible, from a chilled garden wedding filled with beautiful, vintage accessories and rich fabrics draped through walkways, ceilings or trees, to ultra modern weddings using our very own line of accessories;
'In house linens and designed glassware.
It's all possible with a blank-canvas.
